The North American (NA) Final Fantasy XIV Data Centres are currently experiencing issues, with many players getting disconnected which resulted in long queue times for players.
SquareEnix acknowledged the technical difficulties in their status page here.
This comes after technical difficulties that were experienced early in the morning from Nov. 21, 2021 8:28 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. (PST).
Currently, the issues are still on going. There is no word that they are related. This is quite concerning as the Endwalker expansion is due to be released for early access on Friday, December 3, 2021 with the official release date on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Hopefully SquareEnix would have resolved these connectivity issues well before the Endwalker expansion releases.
